Acili Ezme

1: Chop all the vegetables including green and red peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic cloves.

2: Add the chopped vegetables along with parsley, dried mint, Turkish pepper paste, sumac, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and hot chilli flakes into a food processor.

3: Pulse until everything is mixed well, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

4: Serve with bread or as a side for BBQs and feasts.
